The program for
September 15, will be an expanded Classification Talk by Rich
Willner, who will talk about being a veterinarian.
On September 22nd,
in honor of Rotary Literacy Month, we will have a book discussion.
This is a continuation of something we did a few weeks ago
when we got into a general discussion of books. Come prepared
to talk about a book that has impacted your life or that you
have really enjoyed. Or you can talk about a book you really
*didn’t* like, as a warning to the rest of us. Be prepared
for a lively discussion.
On September 29th
there will be a Club Assembly.
On October 6th,
we will have Peter Christ of LEAP (Law Enforcement Against
Prohibition) will be speaking. For information on this program,

On October 13th
Mike Walsh will get us started on preparations for next year’s
golf tournament.
On October 20th
Tony Vellucci, Executive Director of the Frank Olean Center,
will be our speaker.
On October 27th
our District Governor, Chip Lewis, will be visiting.
We hope to see
you all at the various programs. Please also remember that
we have the joint meeting with the Westerly Rotary Club on
the Monday before Thanksgiving in lieu of meeting on the Friday
after Thanksgiving.
